Reviewing talents

Once the competences, potential and performance are assessed by the supervisor, a roundtable discussion is organised in between the functional leaders, the head of department and HR team.
The main goals of this meetings are to :

  • Help managers and leaders discussing and calibrating their assessments of employees

Updating the salary

The salary review uses a process meant to be transparent and fair.
The salary review is based on the position of the employee on the 9-box grid after the talent review.
Each box of the 9-box grid is tied to a fixed coefficient. The higher the couple performance/potential is, the higher the fixed coefficient is.
This fixed coefficient is then multiplied to a fixed salary increase percentage that is yearly defined by the COMEX.
